Membership Categories and Rates

Individual Members. Persons elected upon approval of membership application by a Chapter or by the Board of Directors. Membership is not transferable.

Young Professionals. Young people of good character and reputation, active in the field of marketing communications, but who may not be in a position to join as Individual Members. Any Individual Member may sponsor a Young Professional, should they so wish.

Young Professional Members must be 28 years of age or younger and will not have the right to vote during General Assemblies.

Corporate Member. Businesses - that is companies, corporations, partnerships, proprietorships, etc. - which have an interest in the marketing communications industry, believe in the principles of IAA and wish to support its work. They will each designate an Executive to represent them as their Official Representative in IAA affairs.

  • Global CMs have operations in two or more continents

  • Regional CMs have operations in one continent

  • National CMs have operations in one country only.

Academic Members. Individuals affiliated with recognized academic institutions as instructors in the field of advertising/marketing, elected upon approval of membership application by the Jordan Chapter.

Academic Membership is not transferable.

Organizational Members. Organizations –that is associations, societies, academic institutions, foundations, government bureaus etc -) which have an interest in the marketing communications field and wish to associate themselves with the work of IAA. They will each designate an elected official or a staff executive as their Official Representative in IAA affairs.

This representative shall have the rights and privileges of an Individual Member of the association.

Senior Members. Members retiring from their active business careers, or who reach the age of 60, who have been members for a minimum of five years preceding their retirement or reaching the age of sixty and whose qualifications as Senior members are approved by the Chapter.
